BlueLink

(2021-2022)

Founded by Professors Dr. B. Kathleen Alsup and Dr. Glenn Fox through the Division of Anatomical Sciences at Michigan Medicine, the BlueLink project creates accessible and engaging multimedia anatomy resources for students attending the University of Michigan, as well as globally. In a rapidly digitizing world, especially with how the COVID-19 pandemic has forced institutions onto virtual platforms, it is more important than ever for students to have resources that support online learning.

Through Michigan Medicine, BlueLink has access to numerous anatomical gross lab resources including preserved organs, bones, cadavers, and other specimens. By using these resources, BlueLink has been able to create their multimedia library. These educational tools are incorporated into various curricula and are utilized by both students and educators.

During my time at BlueLink, I first began as a medical illustrator before starting their 3D animation project in 2022.
