As a side project from my business, I designed and 3D printed my favorite Chinese snacks, dishes, and baked goods from my childhood.

This is inspired by the iconic 小籠包, or bao in short. It is a mini storage box with a mechanical iris mechanism. A lever on the side of the box is attached to a disk, which engages the flaps to open and closed. The iconic top knot of the bao is split amongst the five flaps.
